A Nigerian lady, Mary-Jane Nkechi, took to her Twitter handle to search for a man who could pose as her boyfriend before her mum. In her tweets, Nkechi said her mum was coming to visit her in Jos, Plateau state and she would need a man to pose as her boyfriend so as to stop her mum from pestering her over a man. Her tweets read”My mom is coming to do two weeks at my place in Jos. I just need a man that will be calling me. I’ll put your calls on speaker and you’ll decorate every sentence with babe. I don’t have money, but when she leaves I’ll host you to red wine and your favourite meal. Help me abeg.” Listing the qualities in the said ”boyfriend”, she wrote”Please be comfortable with sprinkling some Igbo words here and there. Me I don’t care but my mom may say hi from time to time. I honestly want a blissful two weeks where we both rest and talk about Nigeria, siblings, politics, and everything except the lack of a man.” A Nigerian man saw her tweet and has offered to help.
